How much is delivery?

All UK orders are delivered FREE of charge. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is dispatched, it can take between 7-21 day to be delivered. 

Can I track my order?

Yes - you can track your order by logging into your account to track any current or past orders. 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change the shipping information on your order, please contact us to discuss this. Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately there is no way of changing the delivery address. Please ensure address details are input correctly on the order to avoid any issues. 

How do I return a product?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to Kalm Living Customer Service to confirm the return address.

2. Package the Item: Retain all packaging materials and shipping notes. Securely pack the item and include a note with the following details:  

• Order number 
• Product ID or name and quantity
• A brief description of the issue with the product

3. Arrange Pickup: Make the package available for pickup as instructed.

4. Provide Tracking Information: Share the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt with Kalm Living.

Do I need to set up an account to shop with you?

You don't need an account, but it will make it make your shopping experience much easier with us in the future if you do.

Creating an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop. You'll also benefit from order tracking, regular newsletters, as well as exclusive discounts and offers.
